About the Job
As an Account Executive on the Latin America Partnerships team at Odoo, you will actively seek out new opportunities through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and prospecting, to recruit new organizations into Odoo's partnership network across Latin America. Partner organizations will be able to sell and implement Odoo products alongside their existing offerings. You will also manage Odoo business relationships within a designated territory. Account Executives receive training within the Odoo ecosystem to close deals and handle customized software implementations, ensuring successful and mutually beneficial partnerships.
We expect candidates to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit.

Compensation and Perks
The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $70,000-$90,000 OTE (on-target earnings), with a base salary range of $50,000-$70,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
