Contract: 12 months

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions for AI quality, evaluation, and annotation.
• Utilize Generative AI prompting, human input, and hybrid approaches to develop scalable, high-quality human judgment workflows.
• Conduct data-driven analysis and provide linguistic insights for project development.
• Participate in working groups to develop high-quality human judgment, annotation, and evaluation pipelines.
• Create documentation and guidelines for standard internal procedures.
• Research new methodologies for process and product improvements.
• Enhance productivity, process efficiency, and quality through streamlined workflows, standardization, and documentation.

Basic Qualifications:

• B.S./B.A. in Computational Linguistics, Language Technologies, Linguistics, Speech Science, or related fields.
• Native-level fluency in French (France), Spanish (Spain), German (Germany), or Portuguese (Brazil).
• At least 1 year of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with large-scale, end-to-end human judgment workflows and tools for AI training and evaluation.
• Over 2 years of experience breaking down linguistic data requirements into clear instructions and designs.
• At least 1 year programming in Python or similar scripting languages.
