What this role offers: Our Sales team helps prospective and current customers experience our Global HR Platform, maximizing its value. We uphold transparency and guarantee fair pricing.

What you bring: Fluent in Dutch or French and English, proven success in business development, experience in B2B SaaS sales, negotiation skills, excellent communication, strategic thinking, proactive attitude, self-motivation, and success in key responsibilities. Remote experience is a plus but not required.

Key responsibilities: Responding to inquiries, sourcing prospects, communicating Remote’s value, supporting Account Executives, educating prospects, creating target lists, cold calling, and researching key players to initiate sales cycles.

Practicals: Reporting to Manager, Sales Development; part of the Sales team; location prioritized in BENELUX, but open to all applicants.

Remote Compensation Philosophy: We ensure fair, unbiased pay and benefits worldwide, paying above local rates to support global talent. Our salary range for this role is $31,500 to $70,950 USD OTE, with base at 70%. Actual pay depends on various factors, and ranges may change. We promote internal mobility with pay equity.
