The Aftermarket Sales Associate role is a great entry-level opportunity into the sales organization at Donaldson. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their sales career, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable prospecting and working with customers directly. Candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule on-site at our Bloomington, MN office.
This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
Annual Salary Range: $57,360 - 71,700. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance. Based on work location, geographic adjustment is included. This position is eligible for sales incentive, based on sales targets under company policy.
