Job summary

Wing is seeking an Outbound Prospecting Specialist to join its remote team and drive lead generation across LinkedIn and Reddit. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying prospects, scheduling audits, and maintaining accurate CRM records in HubSpot.

And we’re looking for an Outbound Prospecting Specialist to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Outbound prospecting: Generating and qualifying leads primarily through LinkedIn and Reddit (cold outreach and commenting on threads).
• Scheduling audits: Booking complimentary SEO and AI visibility audits with qualified prospects. The client emphasized targeting mid-sized businesses that can afford $10k–$50k/month, specifically avoiding smaller local businesses.
• CRM management: Managing records, entering leads, and logging communications in HubSpot.
