Job summary

SproutsAI is seeking a technically strong Outbound Product Manager, Customer Solutions Manager to bridge customers, product strategy and AI infrastructure in Palo Alto, CA. You will work directly with enterprise AI customers to understand workloads, translate insights into the product direction, and shape the roadmap.

In this role you will analyze GPU cloud market trends, collaborate with Solutions Engineers during PoCs, and provide internal thought leadership on AI infrastructure and GPU cloud

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Technical Product Management, Solutions Engineering, or Product Strategy.
• Background in AI,ML systems, GPU computing, cloud infrastructure, or data center technologies.
• Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration.
• Understanding of AI,ML training and inference workloads.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong communication skills with ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor`s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Mandarin language skills are a plus.
