Luttrell Staffing Group in Cleveland, TN is hiring an Outbound Picker / Warehouse Associate in Sweetwater, TN. Compensation is $19.50 per hour, full-time with seasonal, temp-to-hire potential and overtime opportunities.

Position duties include processing ASNs and client SKUs with barcode scanners, verifying quantities, safely handling pallets, and operating reach lifts and forklifts. Excellent attendance and reliability are essential; weekly pay and insurance options are provided.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED
• Obtain forklift certification for each machine operated
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality, including mandatory seasonal schedule changes
• Work overtime on short notice and cross-train or assist in other departments as needed
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and use team assistance for heavier items
• Walk or stand for extended periods throughout large facilities
• Communicate clearly and maintain a positive attitude
• Learn warehouse processes and operate required technology and equipment, including impact wrenches for applicable roles
• Uphold Fulfillment’s mission and core values
• Must be able to troubleshoot and problem-solve
• Steel-toed or Composite-toed shoes are required
• Ability to squat, stoop, bend, kneel, twist and reach

Responsabilités
