Luttrell Staffing Group in Cleveland, TN is hiring for an Inbound Picker / Warehouse Associate to support operations in Sweetwater, TN. The role is full-time seasonal with a possibility of temp-to-hire and occasional overtime.

Starting wage is $17.50 per hour with weekly pay, insurance options, and a fast start date. Must have a HS diploma or GED and forklift certification, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods in a fluctuating warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Forklift certification is required for each machine operated.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality with seasonal schedule changes.
• Willingness to work overtime on short notice and cross-train as needed.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Select and retrieve orders quickly and accurately using barcode scanners and warehouse technology.
• Verify product quality and quantities to meet client requirements.
• Safely move, stack, and store pallets using racking systems to maximize storage space.
• Operate stand-up reach lifts, sit-down forklifts, turret trucks, and stock pickers.
• Load and unload trucks using totes, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place.

• Select and retrieve orders quickly and accurately using barcode scanners and warehouse technology
• Verify product quality and quantities to meet client requirements

• Completes any other related tasks as needed
