Alex Wilson Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking a Client Outreach Specialist to connect with prospective customers, identify insurance opportunities, and move interested prospects to the next step. You’ll be one of the first points of contact, conducting outbound calls and qualifying leads to expand the agency’s sales pipeline.

This role emphasizes strong communication, persistence, and a coachable attitude.

Competenze

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Insurance license not required.
• Confidence speaking with new people over the phone.

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers.
