Job summary

Heritage Grocers Group is seeking an Order Selector to retrieve items from the distribution center, identify them with an RF scanner, and prepare shipments. You will move products from pick locations to pallets and ensure accurate labeling for staging and shipment.

The role requires 1+ year in a warehouse, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate a reach forklift and pallet jack. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with overtime and weekend shifts common in a 24-hour facility.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Teamwork oriented and self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to use a reach/forklift and pallet jack.
• Good attendance and punctual; must show up on time, work scheduled shifts, and work mandatory overtime.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move product from a pick location to wood pallet with the correct quantities.
• Build and wrap pallet until pallet is safe and secure.
• Ensure complete pallet is labeled correctly and placed on the correct staging location.
• Comply with OSHA safety regulations.
• Assist in maintaining security of warehouse (report any violations).
• Complete task assigned by RF scanner or DC Manager.
