Job summary

Heritage Grocers Group in California is seeking an Order Selector to retrieve ordered items from the distribution center and prepare them for shipment. You will identify items with an RF scanner and move them to pallets, ensuring accuracy and safety throughout the process.

The role requires at least 1 year of warehouse experience, ability to operate a reach forklift and pallet jack, strong attention to detail, and willingness to work overtime. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Teamwork oriented and self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to use a reach/forklift and pallet jack.
• Good attendance and punctual; must show up on time, work scheduled shifts, and work mandatory overtime.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep work areas clean, neat, and organized.
• Move product from pick location to wood pallet with correct quantities.
• Build and wrap pallet until safe and secure.
• Label complete pallets correctly and place on correct staging location.
• Comply with OSHA safety regulations.
• Assist in maintaining security of warehouse and report violations.
• Complete tasks assigned by RF scanner or DC Manager.
