WebstaurantStore is seeking an Outbound Assistant Manager to help lead the shipping department across the assigned shift. You will oversee picking, packing, QA, and related roles, ensuring quality, accuracy, and a positive customer experience.

Collaborate with the Outbound Manager to drive adherence to SOPs and company directives. You will mentor team members, participate in leadership meetings, and support continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and operational

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in operations leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work off-shift to respond to urgent needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of day-to-day operations within the Outbound department, including Picking, Consolidation, Packing, QA, and other indirect roles.
• Train, coach, develop, and hold accountable up to X employees to achieve operational metrics.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and identify and resolve issues.
• Provide clear and frequent communication to all teams regarding policies and procedures.
• Lead weekly and monthly meetings to review metrics and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for productivity improvements and cost reductions.
