Job summary

Insight Global is partnering with a mortgage team to recruit a Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact for customers. You will manage high-volume calls, gather information, and determine interest in purchasing or refinancing options.

You will document requirements, address objections, and transfer qualified leads to Mortgage Loan Officers, aiming for 5–10 transfers per month. This role emphasizes clear communication and reliable outreach to customers.

Qualifications

• Several years of customer service or call center experience.
• Must be comfortable speaking on the phone all day.
• Ability to make 100–150 outbound calls per day on average.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Make calls to customers to determine purchase or refinance interest.
• Ask qualifying questions and gather necessary information and documentation.
• If not interested, understand objections and provide rebuttals when applicable.
• Transfer qualified leads to Mortgage Loan Officer; target 5–10 transfers per month.
