Qualifications

• 1+ year in distribution environment preferred but not required.
• No degree required; relevant skills valued.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and order pickers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability and diplomacy in changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve items from racking accurately using handheld scanners and ERP system, on foot or using forklift.
• Sort and consolidate picked items for shipment processing.
• Pack products accurately and securely using SPS system to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate warehouse equipment following safety protocols and company policies.
• Meet performance standards for efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report hazards.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Flex into other positions and tasks as needed to support operations.
