Job summary

Smalley is seeking a warehouse associate on-site in Lake Zurich, IL to support outbound shipments and dock operations. You will operate forklifts, move materials, load/unload trucks, and coordinate with shipping and inventory to ensure accurate, timely deliveries.

The role requires basic math and English, the ability to prioritize work, and strong communication. This position offers competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Pass required exam of basic math and English.
• Ability to prioritize and distribute work.
• Communication skills a must, both via email and in person.

Responsibilities

• Operates sit-down/stand-up and reach forklifts to move outgoing orders.
• Moves materials to/from shipping and loading docks.
• Loads and unloads materials from trucks efficiently and securely.
• Cooperates with shipping, receiving and inventory to coordinate outbound shipments.
• Ensures orders are secured, labeled, and comply with customer requirements.
