Job summary

DMA Industries LLC is seeking a TMS Logistics Supervisor to lead outbound associates at our Greer, SC facility. You will plan, oversee, and direct daily tasks to meet weekly work plans and customer expectations, while recording performance against KPI targets.

You will supervise freight operations, ensure SOPs are followed, train staff on new procedures, and maintain accurate documentation in our ERP and shipping systems. A strong leader with hands-on oversight is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three years direct warehouse supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with distribution software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound freight and traffic for a 100,000+ sq ft facility.
• Lead the team; plan, staff, direct and ensure efficient operation.
• Track KPIs and ensure SOP compliance with proper training.
• Coach and discipline employees with HR support as needed.
• Hold pre-work meetings and communicate goals to the team.
• Ensure proper paperwork and labeling per customer standards.
