Job summary

Spreetail is hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to optimize our outbound transportation network across LTL, parcel, and same-day services. You will connect data, carrier operations, and cross-functional strategy to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI (or Tableau) experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, auditability, and timeliness. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes. The work hours are Sunday-Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Central Time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute daily outbound transportation activities across LTL, parcel, and same-day delivery.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel) to track carrier KPIs.
• Partner with leadership on contract implementation and carrier communication.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Fulfillment, FP&A, S&T, and Pricing to align cost and service targets.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to inform outbound network decisions.
