Job summary

Enovis in Fort Worth seeks an Outbound Lead to oversee warehouse distribution, shipments, and process improvements. You will report to the Distribution Supervisor and help ensure accuracy, safety, and timely product flow.

The role requires 2–4 years in distribution, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and Oracle experience. You will supervise a small team and coordinate with multiple departments to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ related experience.
• General knowledge of distribution and materials handling.
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and inspect goods; maintain records of received items.
• Promote a safety culture in the warehouse and reinforce safe behavior.
• Coordinate and lead improvement projects across all levels of the organization.
• Embrace training and continuous improvement activities as directed.
• Provide training and coaching to junior staff with more complex tasks.
