Responsibilities

• Generate Sales Opportunities: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers and existing leads to identify interest in State Farm Insurance products and services.
• Qualify Prospects: Engage prospects, gather required contact and quote information, and complete quote sheets for licensed team members.
• Follow Up Consistently: Conduct timely phone and text follow-up to keep the agency’s sales pipeline active.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Document prospect information, conversations, follow-up activity, and outcomes in agency systems.
• Support Agency Growth: Meet daily activity and qualified-opportunity goals while creating new opportunities for the licensed sales team.
