Job summary

SmartFinancial is hiring Call Center Agents to drive growth by connecting shoppers with licensed agents and presenting insurance options. You will conduct high-volume outbound calls, explain product benefits, and guide customers toward competitive quotes.

The role offers $16-$17/hour with commissions, uncapped earnings, paid training, healthcare, 401k, PTO, and performance bonuses. Nevada residents preferred; strong communication and resilience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or technology sales.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate product benefits clearly.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build rapport with customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and resilience in handling objections during calls.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 200+ outbound calls/day to prospective customers to introduce products and services.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings to address customer inquiries effectively.
• Encourage the customer to receive a competitive quote from a licensed agent.
• Engage in warm calling strategies to build rapport with potential clients.
• Meet or exceed daily call quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
