Responsibilities

• Acquire complete knowledge of outbound processes and operations, with the ability to work effectively with current and new staff.
• Pick merchandise accurately based on order requirements.
• Pack and prepare jewelry orders for delivery following all quality and presentation standards.
• Perform quality checks to confirm accuracy, completeness, and product integrity prior to shipping.
• Support the department manager with daily operational needs and general administrative tasks.
• Assist the team in processing shipping documentation and preparing carrier pickups.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
