Job summary

Bell Lumber & Pole is seeking an Outbound Freight Coordinator in New Brighton, MN to manage shipping documents, load planning and carrier communications, ensuring accurate BOLs and timely updates to customers.

The role is onsite, with hours 6 AM–2 PM, Monday to Friday. A minimum of 5 years in logistics/dispatch and 3 years in export processes is required; a comprehensive benefits package and room for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years proven logistics/dispatch experience.
• 3 years proven export processes.

Responsibilities

• Create Bill of Ladings (BOL) for shipments by truck or rail, including poles and other products.
• Prepare paperwork for drivers with instructions, maps and contact details.
• Contact customers 24–48 hours before shipments or as requested.
• Collaborate with managers to schedule outbound loads and update the SPS system with ASN when ready.
