• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services sales.
• Demonstrated success in outbound calling and appointment setting.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional telephone presence with quick rapport-building.
• Experience using GoHighLevel and documenting client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients generated by marketing efforts.
• Build rapport and present a professional first impression of the firm.
• Confirm attendance for events and schedule participation when appropriate.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments with financial advisors.
• Follow call scripts, comply with guidelines, and document outcomes.
• Accurately log outcomes, appointments, and client interactions in CRM.
• Maintain follow-up to maximize appointment conversion and event participation.
• Collaborate with marketing, events, and advisory teams to support client acquisition.
• Maintain confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
