Job summary

Standlee Premium Products in Ellensburg, WA seeks a professional trucking driver to move loads to and from ports, adhering to safety and DOT regulations. You will shadow veteran drivers, maintain equipment, keep accurate DOT logs, and ensure timely delivery of containers, with a focus on fuel efficiency and compliance.

This full-time role requires a valid CDL, TWIC, doubles endorsement, and port experience; the position offers stable hours and the opportunity to contribute to our distribution

Qualifications

• 2 years driving experience.
• Hold CDL License & TWIC Card with clean driving record.
• Hold Doubles Endorsement.
• Previous hazardous driving experience.
• Previous port experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive semi to and from ports following safety protocols.
• Deliver load following port protocol.
• Maintain equipment and service as needed.
• Complete DOT and safety records in accordance with regulations and company policy.
• Follow all DOT and safety regulations at all times.
• Complete paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain truck and take appropriate measures to insure maximum fuel efficiency.
• Pick up clean, undamaged, empty containers.
• Occasionally operate on the Inbound schedule as needed.
• Slip Seat

Pay: pay by load/distance depending on outbound/inbound

Job Functions

• Drive semi to and from ports following all safety protocols
• Deliver load following port protocol
• Maintain equipment and service as needed
• Complete DOT and safety records in accordance with regulations and company policy
• Follow all DOT and safety regulations at all times
• Complete paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain truck and take appropriate measures to insure maximum fuel efficiency

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Other Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years driving experience
• Hold CDL License & TWIC Card with clean driving record
