Job summary

SynergenX Health is seeking Full-Time Outbound Customer Care Representatives to support patients on their weight loss journey. The role includes paid training and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

You will handle high-volume outbound calls, schedule appointments in the EHR, and document all interactions in the CRM while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous call center or healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls.
• Proficient with multiple systems and CRM/EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and messages promptly and professionally.
• Schedule patient appointments in the EHR system.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and routing with accuracy and care.
• Document all communications in the CRM platform.
• Provide excellent customer service and support administrative tasks as needed.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday 10:00 AM- 7:00 PM
• Two weeks of paid on-site training

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and messages promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous call center, customer service, sales, appointment-setting, or healthcare experience preferred
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls throughout the workday
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust over the phone
• Ability to confidently ask for appointments and overcome common objections
• Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Ability to accurately document patient interactions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
