Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Outbound Shipping Clerk for our Kentucky location. You will handle outbound orders, paperwork, and data entry while coordinating with carriers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

You may operate warehouse equipment (certified) and will join a team that values collaboration, accuracy, and efficient logistics. Shift is Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–11:30 pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of SAP or other WMS experience.
• Experience in warehousing and shipping operations; use of forklifts, order pickers, and pallet runners.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
• B Shift: 6:00 am - 6:30 pm Wed-Fri / Every other Sat.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound orders and required paperwork (BOLS, delivery manifests, yard docs).
• Communicate with carriers and department leaders; coordinate with service delivery and Trade teams.
• Enter data into Warehouse Management System and file documents.
• Occasionally work on the warehouse floor with equipment operators and operate equipment if certified.
• Shift is Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–11:30 pm.

Job Description

Arvato is currently seeking an Outbound Shipping Clerk who possesses a keen eye for detail, excels in communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As part of our team, you'll not only contribute to the efficiency of our operations but also have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge warehouse equipment and collaborate with various teams across the organization.

YOUR TASKS

• In this role, you will help prepare outbound orders and the necessary paperwork associated with each, i.e. BOLS, delivery manifests, and yard management documents.
• You will communicate with different delivery carriers, work directly with the supervisor and lead in this department and will also communicate with our service delivery and Trade teams.
• This role will require data entry into a warehouse management system and filing documents and forms.
• You will occasionally have to be out on the warehouse floor and will work with our warehouse equipment operators.
• You may be required to operate warehouse equipment safely (only when certified by Arvato).
• Monday-Friday 3pm-1130pm
