Job summary

Young Automotive Group is hiring Outbound Sales Call Specialists / BDC Representatives at our Logan location. This full-time role offers $15/hour plus commission & bonuses, with a focus on driving appointments for the sales team.

You will work in a fast-paced call center environment, using CRM tools to track interactions and deliver excellent customer service while aiming to exceed sales targets. The company emphasizes a family-first culture and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a call center is preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM software.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
