Job summary

GoodLeap is seeking a Call Center Manager in Roseville, CA to lead a 12–20 agent outbound team and drive performance. You will hire, train, and coach staff, monitor metrics, and align with leadership on staffing, incentives, and process improvements.

You should have at least 2 years of outbound call center management experience, familiarity with predictive dialing systems, and strong communication skills. Mortgage industry experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
