Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years outbound call center management experience.
• Familiarity with outbound predictive dialing systems.

• Mortgage industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Fully manage the call center team, including hiring, training and coaching.
• Monitor performance and produce regular performance reviews.
• Develop contests and recognition programs to boost agent loyalty.
• Provide guidance on calls and assist with technical issues as needed.
• Track attendance and approve timekeeping for payroll.
• Deliver reporting to leadership on key statistics.
