MM Coaching Limited (Marriage Reset) is growing a setter team to convert warm, ad-generated leads into qualified appointments for the sales team. You’ll handle outbound calls, run short evaluation calls, and book high-quality calendar slots.

No cold lists, no door knocking—just proactive lead engagement and commission-based earnings. You should be fluent in English with a confident phone presence, able to speak with men in their 40s about sensitive topics, and able to work US time zones.

Qualifications

• Native-level spoken English with clear phone presence.
• Ability to speak with authority and empathy to men in their 40s about sensitive topics.
• Available to work US time zones, 5–6 days per week.
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace and fast internet.
• Self-managing and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound volume by dialing about 150 warm, ad-generated leads per day.
• Run 15–30 minute screening calls to qualify fit and build intent.
• Book qualified leads directly onto the sales calendars.
• Follow up and re-engage leads who don’t book on the first touch.
• Keep the pipeline clean with light sales admin.
