Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience leading planned and forced outages in large facilities.
• Knowledge of outage planning, scheduling, and cost management.
• Experience with cross-functional coordination and contractor oversight.
• Familiarity with OSHA/NERC/ASME environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage outages for combined‑cycle and cogeneration systems.
• Develop outage schedules, manpower plans, and resource strategies.
• Coordinate activities among operations, maintenance, engineering, and vendors.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Lead planning meetings, risk assessments, and issue resolution.
• Oversee contractor and vendor performance and safety compliance.
• Ensure documentation, MOC processes, and final closeout records.
