FieldCore, a GE company, is seeking an Outage Manager to lead complex outage events for gas and steam turbines and generators in the Southeast region. You will coordinate planning, execution, and closeout, partnering with customers and internal teams to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and cost control.

The role requires strong project management, Primavera proficiency, and the ability to work across multiple projects with high pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years applicable experience in power generation machines and systems.
• 3+ years in outage planning and execution of turbine/generator systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead onsite execution of outages, ensuring safety, target performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop outage plans including work scope, schedules, labor, tooling and cost estimates with risk analysis.
• Manage on-job cost tracking, productivity and execution risk to minimize overruns.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams through all phases: planning, execution and closeout.
• Prepare and review Field Procedures, Quality Procedures, EHS and Customer Outage Reports.
• Travel to sites as required and drive continuous improvement across outages.
