Guaranteed Pay Plus+ starts July 13, 2026, with a minimum of $1,000 per week during the first 90 days of solo driving. Top earners can reach $1,600 weekly with trip pay based on dispatched miles and experience.

• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid CDL-A license.
• Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.
• No DUI within 10 years if CDL-A holder, none within 5 years if non CDL-A holder.
