Swift Transportation's Oklahoma City terminal is hiring OTR drivers out of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Driving OTR lets you coast-to-coast with various load options and high earning potential.

Starting July 13, 2026, eligible OTR drivers are guaranteed a minimum of $1,000 per week during their first 90 days of solo driving. Pay ranges from $0.43–$0.58 per mile, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits, plus a 401k and more.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A license.
• Must pass DOT physical and drug test.
• No DUI within 10 years if CDL-A; none within 5 years if Non CDL-A.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• No drug-related conviction in the last 5 years.
• No illegal drug use or positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP.
