Monson-and-Sons,-Inc. is seeking a full-time Class A CDL company driver for United States routes. Openings: 10. Potential earnings: $50K–$100K per year with bonuses for safe driving and referrals.

Starting mileage pay is $0.59/mi, rising to $0.64/mi with years of service; short haul add-ons apply. Benefits after 90 days include health, vision, dental, AFLAC, and a 401K plan. Requirements: DOT physical, pre-employment drug screen and capacity test, ability to pass a driving test, and a clean MVR

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required.
• Minimum 3 years OTR Class A driving.
• Clean MVR – no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen and physical capacity test.
• Must pass driving test.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a full-time company driver on United States routes.
• Earn mileage pay starting at $0.59/mi with increases by tenure.
• Receive bonuses for safe driving, referrals and per-stop pay.
• Complete paperwork scanning and comply with DOT regulations.
• Utilize top-of-the-line Kenworth & Peterbilt gliders.

$0.59/mile starting, $0.60/mile after 1 yr of employment, $0.61/mile after 2 yrs of employment, $0.62/mile after 3 yrs of employment, $0.63/mile after 4 yrs of employment, $0.64/mile after 5 yrs of employment

Short haul miles, 1-150/mls is $0.15 additional per loaded mile, 151-368 is $0.10 additional per loaded mile
