Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking an OTR Driver for the 2nd shift (3:00pm start) to operate an 80,000‑pound tractor-trailer between production and distribution facilities in North Carolina. You will conduct inspections, dock trailers, and maintain daily logs while delivering beverage products to pre-determined destinations.

The role requires a CDL Class A, at least two years of tractor-trailer experience, and the ability to pass a DOT physical and a PBV driving test.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• CDL Class A license required or able to obtain.
• Two years tractor-trailer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operates an 80,000 pound tractor and semi-trailer carrying product to pre-determined destinations.
• Conducts pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle will operate safely.
• Positions trailers at docks for loading and unloading product.
• Keeps and maintains a driver’s log book each day.
