Job summary

Boulevard Tire Center is seeking an experienced OTR Tire Technician for our Garden City location. The role requires at least 1 year of OTR tire maintenance, including tire change and repair for commercial truck service, with after-hours/on-call availability.

Responsibilities include off-the-road tire removal, installation, and repair up to 00R49 sizes, maintaining a strong safety record, and operating equipment such as a boom truck, jacks, bead breakers and air tools. CDL Class B is required.

Qualifications

• OTR tire technician with at least 1 year of experience in tire maintenance, including changes and repairs.
• Strong safety record and ability to follow safety policies.
• Must communicate clearly with customers, management and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Perform off-the-road tire removal, installation and repair up to 00R49.
• Handle after-hours/on-call service and fleet service as required.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as boom trucks, jacks and air tools.

Boulevard Tire Center is looking for an experienced OTR Tire Technician for our Garden City, GA location. The position requires a minimum of 1 year experience as an OTR Technician with the knowledge skills and abilities in general tire maintenance including tire change and/or repair for commercial truck service. Will provide after-hours/on-call service to customers that may include fleet service. Must be available nights and weekends for rotating on call or fleet service

Candidates must have:

• Experienced OTR Tire Technician that has demonstrated excellent Off the Road, farm and industrial tire removal, installation and repair skills and be physically capable of performing these duties. Experience must include tire sizes up to 00R49.
• Must have a strong safety record and a strong commitment to safety.
• Maintain a current driver's license that complies with our insurance and safety policies.
• Must be mature, responsible, reliable and be able to communicate well (written and verbal) with customers, management and co-workers.
• Must be able to operate and maintain a (STICK) boom truck and all associated equipment such as jacks, bead breakers, pullers, slings, air tools, and other related equipment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all applicable training and safety certifications (MSHA) as well as required security badges (TWIC).
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that could include after hour and weekend calls.
• CDL CLASS B required
