Colony Tire is seeking a full-time OTR Tire Technician to perform tire service, repair, and maintenance on off-the-road equipment such as construction and mining vehicles. The OTR Tire Technician is responsible for performing tire service, repair, and maintenance on off-the-road equipment including construction, earthmoving, mining, and agricultural equipment. This position may also perform other duties as assigned by management. This role offers an industry-leading hourly plus commission pay structure.

This position regularly involves exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, outdoor weather conditions, and loud noise levels. Work is performed at Colony Tire locations, customer sites, and service call locations. Employees should expect exposure to heat and cold. The role requires regularly lifting up to 100 pounds and frequently moving more than 100 pounds. While minor injuries may occur, adherence to safety practices significantly reduces risk.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Related experience, OTR service training, and certifications are preferred but not required.
