What You’ll Do:

• Safely operate company service vehicles to rack and hoist vehicles for inspection
• Perform on‑site tire installations and repairs to OTR (over the road) and/or large equipment vehicles at customer locations
• Ensure the safe operation of company vehicles while adhering to all speed and traffic regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and properly care for tools and equipment
• Work independently in all weather conditions to provide reliable roadside tire service
• Participate in ongoing training and adhere to safety procedures, job duties, and company policies
• Complete additional tasks as assigned to support team operations

What You Need:

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A or B required) and ability to pass pre‑employment driver’s file
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Willingness to work night shifts, overtime, and non‑standard hours with minimal supervision
• Previous experience working with OTR, heavy‑duty, or commercial tires
• Capability to safely change and repair commercial tires in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 75 pounds regularly, and up to 250 pounds occasionally with or without mechanical assistance
