Job summary

Pomp’s Tire Service is seeking an OTR Tire Service Technician to join our team. This role involves repairing, inspecting, and maintaining heavy duty tires in outdoor environments and providing on-site tire service at customer locations.

Qualified candidates have a CDL A or B, a high school diploma, and are willing to work nights and overtime. Prior experience with OTR or heavy-duty tires is preferred. Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly is required.

Qualifications

• CDL A or B required and able to pass pre-employment driver’s file.
• Willingness to work night shifts, overtime, and non-standard hours with minimal supervision.
• Experience with OTR, heavy-duty, or commercial tires.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company service vehicles to rack and hoist vehicles for inspection.
• Perform on-site tire installations and repairs to OTR and/or large equipment vehicles at customer locations.
• Ensure the safe operation of company vehicles while adhering to all speed and traffic regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and properly care for tools and equipment.
• Work independently in all weather conditions to provide reliable roadside tire service.
• Participate in ongoing training and adhere to safety procedures, job duties, and company policies.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned to support team operations
