Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in OTR tires or mining tire management or closely related roles.
• Strong understanding of OTR tire and rim safety, maintenance, and best practices.
• Experience in supervisory, advisory, training or management within tire service or mining operations.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical reports and training deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical OTR tire and rim service training, including safety and maintenance procedures.
• Conduct tire management and safety assessments and review bay operations, equipment, and risks.
• Identify new business opportunities through existing client relationships and engagements with mines and service providers.
• Provide technical consulting to improve tire safety, service performance and cost efficiency.
• Analyze tire management data, identify trends, and present actionable recommendations.
