Qualifications

• Current Ohio Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence.
• Provide skilled OT interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and self-care.

• Collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on progress strategies.
