Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking an Outpatient OTR - Rehab Program Manager to lead our outpatient rehab programs and work closely with residents, staff and families in a senior living setting. This full-time role blends direct patient care with leadership tasks such as scheduling, liaison work with the Area Manager, and program development to improve quality of life for residents.

You will collaborate with other disciplines, provide clinical mentorship, and ensure compliance with licensure and care

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead presence in the building while providing therapy to residents.
• Schedule and coordinate outpatient rehab activities and staffing.
• Serve as liaison for the Area Manager and multidisciplinary teams.
