HMD Trucking, Inc. is seeking experienced CDL Class A drivers for Dry Van positions in Wisconsin. We offer steady freight, competitive pay, and full support for every mile as you run OTR.

Solo drivers earn base pay of 65 cents per mile with up to 10 cents per mile in bonus and a $2,500 sign-on; team drivers receive 77 cents per mile with 5 cents per mile bonus and a $10,000 sign-on. Home time is 2 weeks out, with 99% no touch and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Active CDL Class A license required.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable OTR driving experience.
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years.
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents.

Responsabilités

• Drive dry van trailers in assigned lanes.
• Maintain safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and communicate delays or issues to dispatch.

Compensation And Bonuses

Solo Drivers

Team Drivers

• Base pay: 77 cents per mile

• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Home time: 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home
• 99% no touch
• Weekly pay range: $3,200-$4,500 (split)

Equipment

Drivers operate late-model trucks, including Peterbilt 579 and Freightliner Cascadia models, all less than 3 years old. Features include:
