HMD Trucking, Inc. is seeking experienced CDL A drivers for Dry Van positions. The company offers steady freight, strong pay, and full support for every mile.

Solo drivers earn 65¢/mi plus up to 10¢/mi safety bonus, with a $2,500 sign-on. Team drivers can earn 77¢/mi plus 5¢/mi bonus and a $10,000 sign-on, with 2 weeks out and 99% no touch freight.

Formación

• Active CDL Class A license.
• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR driving experience.
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years.
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents.

Compensation And Bonuses

Solo Drivers

• Base pay: 65 cents per mile
• Safety and productivity bonus: up to 10 cents per mile
• $2,500 sign-on bonus
• Home time: 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home
• 99% no touch
• Weekly pay range: $1,350 - $2,250

Team Drivers

• Base pay: 77 cents per mile
• Safety and productivity bonus: 5 cents per mile
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Home time: 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home
• 99% no touch
• Weekly pay range: $3,200-$4,500 (split)

Drivers operate late-model trucks, including Peterbilt 579 and Freightliner Cascadia models, all less than 3 years old. Features include:
