Turquoise Trucking is seeking an experienced OTR Conestoga/Step Deck Driver to haul freight safely across the United States. Using modern equipment and a driver-focused support team, you’ll handle Conestoga and step deck loads, ensuring proper securement and DOT-compliant operations.

You’ll perform pre/post-trip inspections, maintain accurate ELD logs, and communicate with dispatch, while engaging professionally with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience operating OTR routes across the U.S.
• Proficiency with Conestoga and Step Deck loads and securement.
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
• Secure, tarp, and load freight properly for Conestoga/Step Deck shipments.
