Turquoise Trucking is seeking an experienced OTR Conestoga/Step Deck Driver to haul freight safely and efficiently across the U.S. Using modern equipment and a driver-focused support team, you’ll handle Conestoga and step deck loads, ensuring proper securement, tarping, and DOT-compliant operations.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, accurate ELD logging, communication with dispatch, and professional customer interactions.

Qualifications

• OTR trucking experience with long-haul routes.
• Ability to securely tarp and strap Conestoga/Step Deck loads.
• Strong focus on DOT compliance and safety performance.
• Excellent communication with dispatch and customers.

Responsibilities
