Job summary

Turquoise Trucking is seeking an experienced OTR Conestoga/Step Deck Driver to haul freight safely and efficiently across the U.S. Using modern equipment and a driver-focused support team, you’ll handle Conestoga and step deck loads, ensuring securement, tarping, and DOT-compliant operations.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, accurate ELD logging, communication with dispatch, and professional customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license with hazmat and tanker endorsements preferred.
• Experience hauling Conestoga or step deck loads is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safe operation.
• Ensure proper load securement and tarping on Conestoga and step deck loads.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and communicate with dispatch.
• Deliver freight safely and maintain professional customer interactions.
