Job summary

Turquoise Trucking is seeking an experienced OTR Conestoga/Step Deck Driver to haul freight safely and efficiently across the U.S. Using modern equipment and a driver-focused support team, you’ll handle Conestoga and step deck loads, ensuring proper securement, tarping, and DOT-compliant operations.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, accurate ELD logging, communication with dispatch, and professional customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle and equipment readiness.
• Accurately log Hours of Service using ELD in compliance with regulations.
• Communicate with dispatch to coordinate routes, deliveries, and updates.
• Interact professionally with customers and accept cargo at shipper/receiver sites.
• Securement and tarping of Conestoga and step deck loads according to safety standards.
• Maintain DOT-compliant operations and safe driving practices across the U.S.
