Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking an OTR Class A Dry Van Owner Operator to join a safety‑driven team in Arizona. The route runs from Arizona to Nevada and Utah, averaging about 2800 miles per week, with bi‑weekly home time and a compensation package that reflects all on‑duty time, via demurrage rates, hourly rates, and mileage pay.

Responsibilities include safe operation of tractor trailers, proper loading/unloading of waste, securing loads, DOT placarding, and maintaining logs and reports.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required.
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the priority by following safe work practices and policies.
• Operates tractor trailer units.
• Adheres to weight limits and ensures proper utilization of units.
• Loads and unloads hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; secures loads properly.
• Places vehicle placards per DOT requirements/regulations.
• Maintains daily logs, invoicing, time sheets, dispatch and trip reports, and vehicle inspection reports.
